Representative Tim Hawthorne is a Terran Dominion public official that spoke for the Outer Colonies of the Dominion. In the years following the End War, at the eve of the Defenders of Man Insurgency, he was vocal against the reign of Emperor Valerian Mengsk, and stated that the greatest threat to the outer colonies was Valerian's indecisive leadership. Hawthorne later debated on Universal News Network alongside fellow Representative Lisa Cain regarding the Defenders of Man and the emperor.[1]
