Timothy is a robotic AI construct created by Egon Stetmann during the End War. Stetmann regarded Timothy as one of his weaker performing constructs.[1]
He is shaped like a floating ball with a "happy" smiling side and a frowning side painted on him, and would repeat the word "Egon."[2]

Timothy was used to tease Egon Stetmann as a Co-op Missions commander. Kevin Dong later confirmed the ball's name was Timothy, though some of Stetmann's lines reference him in Co-op Missions.[2]
