The trooper is a class of terran light infantry.

Overview

Troopers bear similarity to marines, but are bereft of CMC armor. They utilize CK-27 carbine rifles.

Troopers (or similar soldiers) were utilized by Moebius Corps during the End War. They were likewise used extensively by the Defenders of Man.

Game Unit

The trooper appears in various missions in the Nova Covert Ops campaign. In terms of stats they are identical to the marine, with the same damage and range, same HP, and same movement speed. However, they cannot use stimpacks (although they do have the upgrade for it) and lack the marine's combat shield upgrade.
