Tseng was a soldier of the Moebius Foundation who served as a security guard at Space Station Prometheus.
During the Flashpoint Conflict, Emil Narud ordered Tseng, along with Vrain, Osgood, Warren, and Mitchell, to apprehend Jim Raynor and Valerian Mengsk. However, Narud also released the facility's hybrid to deal with the fugitives. The appearance of the hybrid distracted the guards long enough for Raynor and Valerian to gun them down. The hybrid then finished off any survivors.[1]
