Varley is a Terran Dominion navigator who served on the White Star.
Varley served on tactical during the Flashpoint Conflict as the ship engaged the Raynor's Raiders and Dominion Renegades at Space Station Prometheus. Emperor Arcturus Mengsk himself personally accompanied the fleet, and gave orders to Varley. He was outmaneuvered by the battlecruisers Bucephalus and Hyperion, and the two ships were able to escape in a cloud of asteroid dust.[1]
