Brash and deadly, Vega claims to have escaped from a Dominionghost academy by faking her own death. However, no self-respecting merc has ever come close enough to government records to verify her story. At the very least, Vega possesses all of the training and expertise one would expect from a true ghost.
Vega is available to Tychus Findlay in Co-op Missions. She is one of "the Fixers," and uses her potent psionic abilities to dominate the minds of her opponents. She can temporarily mind control the most powerful units on the battlefield and cause confusion amongst enemy ranks. Unlike other ghosts, Vega cannot cloak.

Dominate
Temporarily takes control of the targeted enemy unit and increases its damage by 50%. Heroic units are immune. Dominated units self-destruct after 240 seconds. Can store up to 3 charges.
Technical Recruiter: Reduces Dominate cooldown by 35%.
When Vega is beyond the vision range of all other Outlaws, she and her Dominated units deal 30% more damage for each Outlaw recruited and take 50% less damage.
