Void crystals are a type mineral that utilize void energy. Veins of these crystals could be found in the southern pole of Tyrador IX, which were mined by the Ihan-rii and stored within their forges.

Early in an Ihan-rii's life, they are bound to a void crystal that resonates with their psionic signature. When an Ihan-rii reaches maturity, that crystal is sharpened into a deadly spearpoint.
