The void shrine is a Nerazim dark shrine augmented with xel'naga technology. In an alternate timeline where Zeratul survived the opening stages of the End War, the dark prelate utilized these structures against Amon's Forces to support void templar.[1]

Game Structure[]

The void shrine is an advanced dark shrine used by Zeratul in Co-op Missions. It allows him to produce void templar from the passageway, as well as serves as the center for their upgrades. These upgrades are not traditionally researched, and are instead automatically unlocked upon gathering a artifact fragment.
