Void templars are dark templar warriors augmented with xel'naga technology. In an alternate timeline where Zeratul survived the opening stages of the End War, the dark prelate utilized these warriors in his fight against Amon's Forces. They were able to strike enemies as they utilized blink, and retreat to the Void upon taking fatal damage.[1]

Game Unit[]

The void templar is a unit available to Zeratul in Co-op Missions. They can use the blink ability to teleport, and can be upgraded to damage enemies that are caught in the path of their blink. They can also be upgraded to retreat upon taking fatal damage, recovering health.
