Wayne is a terran who founded the bar/gambling house/dance hall named Wicked Wayne's. Wayne structured his establishment to maintain an atmosphere of fun, and would throw out any melancholy drunkards, saying "a sad drunk is just as bad as a mad one." While his bartenders handled getting customers alcohol, Wayne himself was the only one allowed to handle private arrangements between his customers and his dancers.
