Whispers of Oblivion is a three-mission series taking place between StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm and Legacy of the Void featuring Zeratul, as he searched for the final part of the xel'naga prophecy to discover how the protoss fit into the scheme of the Xel'naga.

It became available before the release of Legacy of the Void as a prologue, and as a free download. It was later released to everyone with a copy of StarCraft II.^[1] Each mission takes around 30 minutes.^[2]
