The World Wide Invitational, also known as WWI, is a Blizzard Entertainment-hosted gaming convention.
On May 19 2007, Blizzard hosted the WWI 2007 in Seoul, Korea, where StarCraft II was announced.
WWI 2008[]
WWI 2008 took place in Paris, France, on June 28th and 29th, 2008, where Diablo III was officially announced.
A code was provided to attendants. If the code hasn't been used yet, it can be used to access the StarCraft II beta.[1]
Typhon is a mini-expansion for StarCraft: The Board Game. It consists of a single planet named Typhon, and was available exclusively at the 2008 Blizzard Entertainment World Wide Invitational.[2]
