Zerg bio samples are campaign pick-up items in StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty. They may be collected in zerg-centered missions as optional objectives. Each sample is worth one zerg research point; points may be used in Hyperion's laboratory to unlock new units and upgrades.[1]
