Zergrinch Followers are a group of zerg controlled by the intelligent defiler, Zergrinch.

The Followers made at least two attempts to attack Planet Christmas, intending to capture Santa Claus as revenge for not giving them any presents.
The second time, the Followers allied with a group of protoss bandits and successfully captured Santa Claus.
It was a hollow victory however, given the lack of cookies available. In the end, the victory itself was only temporary, with Zergrinch being destroyed (at least temporarily) by Raynor's Raiders.
