The Zerusian needle is an organism found on Zerus.[1] It is similar in function to a Spine crawler, though it cannot uproot itself, has considerably less health and lower range, and deals much less damage.
Zerusian needles appear as enemies in the Heart of the Swarm mission "Supreme". [2]
